Scott Shaver, founder of Aqua US Water Systems, has built his company on the principle that "everyone deserves great water" at a fair price, a pursuit he has passionately followed since 2007. His career is marked by a decade of operational excellence with Kinetico, starting in Michigan and continuing in Tennessee in 2010. During his tenure as Warehouse Operations and Purchasing Manager at Kinetico in Tennessee, he achieved national recognition for revolutionizing the facility. He implemented innovative and efficient processes—such as creating testing stations, designing efficient parts management systems, and building out standardized work vans—that are still used in the industry today, showcasing his deep technical and logistical expertise. Following his departure from Kinetico in 2020, Shaver co-founded a water treatment firm that quickly became one of the fastest-growing in Tennessee.
