Our story began in 1997 when my father, Larry Gastley, founded the company right here in Inverness, Florida. Over the next 25 years, he established a legendary local reputation operating under a simple, ironclad motto:

Growing up in Inverness, my older brother and I were raised on the values of hard work and community accountability. After high school, we both answered the call to serve our country in the United States Military—my brother became a Green Beret in the U.S. Army, and I proudly served in the U.S. Air Force.
After our military journeys took us in different directions, I returned home in 2015 to join my father in the family business. Training directly under him for three incredible years, we didn't just grow our professional relationship as father and son—he became my ultimate coach. He taught me the complex, granular chemistry of water conditioning and instilled in me the absolute importance of developing long-term client friendships.
We heartbreakingly lost my dad in 2022. But his passion, his drive, and his relentless commitment to his customers have fully become mine. My promise to carry on the business he started remains unbreakable.
