Founded in 1972, Earl’s Plumbing began serving customers under the leadership of David Haralson. Over time, David’s son, Earl Haralson, established the company now recognized as Earl’s Plumbing in Lubbock, Texas. Alongside his wife and high school sweetheart, Chrissy, Earl helped grow the family-owned plumbing business into a trusted name known for dependable plumbing services and strong community values. As demand for their services quickly increased, Earl and Chrissy realized they needed additional support to continue expanding. Around the same time, Earl’s brother-in-law, Chuck Hall, was seeking a new professional path. Through what felt like perfect timing, Chrissy and Chuck’s wife, Niki, attended a Bible study together where both families shared their needs during prayer requests — Earl’s search for business assistance and Chuck’s desire for a career change. Soon after, Earl and Chuck formed an equal partnership, helping the company continue its growth and strengthen its reputation for quality plumbing solutions. As Earl’s Plumbing expanded into new markets, Brant Stacey and TJ Mares joined the leadership team to oversee Earl’s Plumbing of Frisco. Both military veterans — serving in the United States Marine Corps and the U.S. Army — Brant and TJ brought discipline, leadership, problem-solving skills, and dedication to customer service. Today, every Earl’s Plumbing location remains committed to delivering high-quality plumbing services while actively supporting local communities. The company proudly contributes plumbing materials, repair services, and assistance to families in need, while also partnering with local organizations and ministries to make a positive impact in the communities they serve.
