The legacy of George Brazil Plumbing & Electrical is rooted in the passion and dedication of its founder, George Brazil. Born in 1929 to Portuguese immigrants in California, George discovered his calling in the plumbing trade just before graduating high school. Driven by a lifelong passion for fixing problems and helping people in need, he built a reputation defined by technical skill and reliable service. George launched his first plumbing venture in the 1950s, building it into a highly successful enterprise before retiring in the 1970s. However, his dedication to the craft brought him back to the industry in the 1980s with the purchase of another California plumbing company. By the 1990s, George expanded his operations to Phoenix, Arizona, establishing the company’s permanent home. Under George’s personal leadership until his passing in 2012, George Brazil Plumbing & Electrical became one of the most recognized and trusted home service providers in the Valley—instantly recognizable by its signature yellow service trucks and crisp, all-white technician uniforms selected by George himself.
