Mid-1960s (Second-Generation Expansion): Following four years of service in the U.S. Navy and a tenure as an electronics technician at the Radford Arsenal, Paul A. Haynes joined his father to expand operations. 1974 (Leadership Transition): Paul M. Haynes retired, passing full company leadership to his son, Paul A.
