United Engineers Egypt (UEE) began its journey as a pioneering Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specializing in advanced reverse osmosis (RO) desalination and water treatment systems, establishing a strong legacy of engineering leadership in Egypt. In 1997, the company formed a powerful, long-standing alliance with Grundfos, the world's largest pump manufacturer, to significantly elevate regional water solutions. Driven by a commitment to expand accessibility, the organization opened its first dedicated showroom in 6th of October City in 2011, followed by a second major customer hub in 10th of Ramadan City in 2016. The enterprise expanded its international footprint in 2015 by establishing United Engineers Gulf (UEG) in the United Arab Emirates, cementing its role as a premier industrial partner to Grundfos across the Gulf. By 2018, the firm achieved prestigious certification as a Certified Building Solutions (CBS) and Industrial Partner, while simultaneously incorporating advanced FLIR thermal imaging technology to enhance pump safety and overheat detection. That same year, a strategic partnership with NEMA Pressure Tanks was launched to locally support Grundfos booster pumps. UEE hit major manufacturing milestones by opening a premier production facility in 6th of October City alongside an alliance with OME Motors in 2021, followed by the official inauguration of the Asyut factory in 2022 to reinforce its distribution power. Today, operating across its expansive service areas in Egypt, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia via its UEG and UES divisions, the UEE Group scales its impact across the MENA region with industry-leading solutions and custom UEE-branded pumps.
