The Ultra Tec® Reverse Osmosis process plays a crucial role in comprehensive water purification by removing dissolved salts, microorganisms, and high molecular weight organic contaminants from water. Unlike conventional filtration methods, Ultra Tec® RO technology utilizes a semi-permeable membrane separation process. During operation, feed water is forced through the membrane under pressure, separating it into two streams: purified permeate water and concentrated reject water containing dissolved and suspended impurities, which is safely discharged. Ultra Tec® RO systems are field-proven, highly dependable, and cost-effective solutions capable of removing approximately 90% to 98% of total dissolved salts (TDS).
