Our passion for clean water, environmental sustainability, and exceptional customer service has guided us since the beginning. In 2010, as concerns about plastic pollution and access to safe, high-quality drinking water continued to grow, we recognized an opportunity to make a difference. With single-use plastics, particularly disposable water bottles, contributing significantly to global waste, we set out to create more sustainable and affordable ways for people to access clean, healthy water. As Los Angeles natives, we started our journey by opening our first water store in Koreatown with a clear mission: to educate our local community about the importance of water quality, provide high-quality products designed with health, safety, and sustainability in mind, and deliver outstanding customer service. Our first location featured a convenient water filling station equipped with an advanced filtration system, allowing customers to refill reusable bottles with purified and alkaline water at an affordable price. We also offered a selection of glass and BPA-free reusable bottles, water dispensers, and water accessories to help customers reduce their dependence on single-use plastic.
