Model 57 Submersible Pump This is a compact, nonautomatic pump rated for 3/10 HP and 115 V. It's built for durability in demanding environments, with the switch case, motor housing, and pump housing all constructed from resilient cast iron. For superior corrosion resistance, the handle, hardware, and ID tag are made of stainless steel. 2. Oil Smart® Pump Switch (Controller) This is an industrial quality, UL508-listed piggyback switch that uses 304 stainless steel sensor probes. The probes are key: they distinguish between oil and water. The switch signals the pump to run when it senses water and immediately turns the pump off when it senses oil or air. 3. Oil Smart® Pump Alarm Housed in a NEMA 4X enclosure, this alarm warns of excessively high liquid levels. It provides an audible alarm and illuminates a red beacon for immediate visual warning.
