The Elster R1200 Irrigation Meter is the next-generation solution engineered to withstand harsh agricultural conditions while meeting strict European standards (Directive 2004/22/EC). Unlike traditional Woltmann designs, the R1200 uses an innovative paddle wheel design positioned outside the main flow stream, enabling unhindered water passage. This critical feature dramatically reduces the risk of jamming and damage from common irrigation debris like stones and suspended solids, while delivering lower pressure loss. Constructed with long-lasting, wear-resistant materials, the meter includes a tamper-proof IP68 dry dial register and a removable mechanism for simplified maintenance. It is suitable for both horizontal and vertical installation, operates up to 50 ∘ C, and is available in PN10 or PN16 nominal pressure variants, with an optional Reed switch single pulser for data capture.
