The FLUXUS F532 WD is an innovative flowmeter designed for water management that measures flow and temperature non-invasively without the need for shaft construction. It uses clamp-on ultrasonic transducers mounted externally on pipes to easily and cost-effectively install flow measurement points in existing drinking water networks. Because installation does not require opening the pipe, there is no interruption to water supply. The system features IP68-rated ultrasonic transducers, rugged stainless steel mounting rails, and durable coupling pads, allowing the flowmeters to be installed underground without the need for time-consuming, costly shaft structures. In addition to flow measurement, the FLUXUS F532 WD accurately determines pipe temperature using the same ultrasonic transducers by measuring the speed of sound non-invasively. This functionality helps water suppliers monitor growing bacterial risks effectively.
