The PC4 is a Value Line residential Reverse Osmosis (R/O) system designed to deliver clean, great-tasting water directly to the tap. This high-performance system operates through four distinct stages of filtration: the first is a spun polypropylene sediment filter to remove large particles like sand and rust; the second is a GAC carbon block filter for chlorine, taste, and odor reduction; the third is the core Thin Film Composite (TFC) R/O membrane, which performs the molecular-level separation of impurities; and the final stage is an in-line GAC filter for polishing the water before it reaches the faucet. The PC4 is rated for a capacity of 50 Gallons Per Day (GPD), comes equipped with an NSF Certified 4.4-gallon storage tank, and includes a long-reach chrome faucet and quick-connect fittings for simple installation. The system is highly effective, with its R/O process typically rejecting contaminants like Lead, Aluminum, and Copper at rates between 96-98%, Fluoride between 93-95%, and achieving over 99% reduction of Bacteria.
