The RMS Rosemount Electromagnetic Flowmeters offer exceptional performance and flexibility for the most demanding industrial environments. Achieving high accuracy of ±0.5% of rate, these obstruction-less meters are virtually unaffected by changes in fluid viscosity or specific gravity. Available with multiple sensor styles—including the lightweight RMS 8711 Wafer, 8705 Flanged, and RMS-S Sanitary Tri-Clamp options—the RMS series handles aggressive liquids across sizes from 4mm to 150mm. Its robust, IP66-rated transmitter is approved for Class III hazardous applications and supports remote mounting for process temperatures up to a leading 177 ∘ C.
