The SPE 475S250-2 is a multi-stage, speed-regulated submersible pump designed for raw water supply, groundwater lowering, and pressure boosting applications. It is specified for pumping clean, thin, non-aggressive liquids that are free of solid particles or fibers. The pump's construction is entirely of Stainless steel (DIN W.-Nr. EN 1.4301), and it can be installed either horizontally or vertically. The unit also includes a built-in non-return valve. The motor is a 3-phase, high-efficiency synchronous permanent magnet submersible motor of the canned type. All surfaces in contact with the pumped media are made of stainless steel. This IPM (Internal Permanent Magnet) motor, with embedded magnets in its metal-clad rotor, requires a frequency drive for both starting and speed regulation.
