The SPE 475S500-5 is a multi-stage, speed-regulated submersible pump utilized for raw water supply, groundwater lowering, and pressure boosting applications. It is designed specifically for pumping clean, thin, non-aggressive liquids that are free of solid particles or fibers. The pump is constructed entirely from Stainless steel (DIN W.-Nr. EN 1.4301), making it suitable for both horizontal and vertical installation, and features a built-in non-return valve. Powering the unit is a 3-phase, high-efficiency synchronous permanent magnet submersible motor (canned type). All motor parts that contact the pumping media are made of stainless steel. This IPM motor uses embedded magnets in a metal-clad rotor and requires a frequency drive for proper starting and speed regulation.
