About this product
The SWS1-HE series softeners are designed for sustainability, using less water and salt with each regeneration, which in turn reduces waste and saves customers money. The system offers a 30% savings on salt consumption compared to standard water softeners and uses a new ion exchange resin with higher kinetics that more efficiently removes hardness and iron from water. This means the system achieves greater capacity with less salt, reducing the hassle of carrying and replenishing salt. This resin is also more tolerant of chlorine, less susceptible to fouling by iron, and performs better in water with high levels of total dissolved solids (TDS). The unit is ready to connect to 1" or 3/4" plumbing right out of the box.
