Kinetico units are unique: they are fully mechanical and non-electric, powered entirely by the flow of water—a patented design since 1970. This ensures superior reliability and efficiency, as they are engineered to use less salt and waste less water than comparable systems. High Flow Performance & Longevity These ion-exchange softeners automatically remove high concentrations of dissolved calcium and magnesium. Softening your water protects your investment by preventing abrasive scale buildup, thus increasing the lifespan of plumbing fixtures and appliances, while reducing soap usage. The two models offer high flow rates: the 2060s OD handles 78–114 lpm (max hardness 1132 mg/l), and the 2100s OD handles 79–117 lpm (max hardness 1830 mg/l). Systems can be custom-assembled for needs ranging from small volume to industrial flow levels.
